Our Commitment to Safety:
Our industry is dynamic by nature and fraught with the potential for accidents and injuries. We believe
all jobs can be done safely and when decisions are based on safety,
compliance comes with it.
All Jammies Environmental, Inc. employees
must conduct their duties and responsibilities in compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws as well as industry standards
related to safety and health in the work environment.
Jammies Environmental, Inc. places a high value on the safety of our employees,
customers, and the public. To that end, our employees have the right and the responsibility
to stop any job that is deemed unsafe.
Our vehicles are annually inspected and meet all Federal, State, and DOT requirements.
Our hazardous waste drivers are certified to
handle and transport hazardous waste.
All employees must pass a pre-employment drug test and are then subject to random testing. Our
Commercial Motor Vehicle drivers comply with a Federally mandated
drug and alcohol program.
Jammies Environmental, Inc. strictly
adheres to a zero-tolerance drug & alcohol policy.
Jammie's Environmental, Inc. employs a professional Health and Safety Manager
to work full time on the aspects of our daily operations. The safety of our employees, customers and the public will be the first
consideration in the operation of our business.
Our Commitment to Training:
Jammie's Environmental conducts employee training both
internally and externally. Our employees receive more than 80 hours of skilled training within their first six months of employment
and more than 20 hours of skilled refresher training on a yearly basis.
We have an onsite 6000 gallon training tank utilized for confined
space entry training and confined space rescue training. In addition to confined space training we also utilize the onsite tank to
educate our new employees on the importance of safe procedures and safety in high pressure water blasting, tube cleaning and line
jetting as well as high velocity vacuum. This training is part of our extensive new hire orientation and training program.
All employees
are HAZWOPER trained. All supervisors and over 80% of our workforce are first aid/CPR and AED certified by the American Red Cross.

When we were established in 1999, we had four employees and a single vacuum truck. Today, we have more than 40 employees and a fleet of top-of-the-line equipment.
